Personal Consultation and Responsible Piercing
Are you looking for a professional piercing studio in Aachen?
At Sabotage Tattoo, personal consultation, responsible work and your well-being come first. We take the time to understand your wishes, assess the desired placement and answer all important questions before the piercing.
Whether you are interested in a subtle ear piercing, a distinctive septum or a classic navel piercing, every piercing should suit you, your personal style and your individual anatomy. That is why we offer honest and personal guidance instead of rushed appointments.
We do not offer intimate piercings.
Personal Consultation for Your Piercing
Not every piercing and not every placement is equally suitable for every person. Before your appointment, we discuss which piercing you would like and whether the desired area is suitable for it.
We explain the procedure, answer your questions and provide information about the correct care during the healing process.
If a desired placement is not recommended for anatomical or other reasons, we will tell you honestly and look for a suitable alternative together.
Our goal is not only a beautiful result, but a piercing that you will feel comfortable with in the long term.
Hygiene and Responsible Working Practices
Hygiene is our highest priority with every piercing.
We work carefully and prepare the workstation thoroughly before your appointment. Before piercing, the relevant area of skin is carefully cleaned and disinfected.
After your appointment, you will receive detailed instructions on how to care for your new piercing and what to pay attention to during the healing process.
We are also available to answer questions or address any concerns after your visit.

Ear piercings offer many possibilities for expressing your personal style, from a classic lobe piercing to an individual combination of several placements.
We will discuss which placements are suitable for your ear and which jewellery may complement them best during your personal consultation.
- Lobe – The classic lobe piercing is placed through the soft tissue of the earlobe and offers many possibilities when choosing jewellery.
- Tragus – This piercing is placed through the small area of cartilage directly in front of the ear canal.
- Daith – The daith piercing is placed through the inner cartilage fold of the ear.
- Forward Helix – This piercing is positioned along the upper front edge of the ear, close to the head. Depending on your anatomy, several piercings may be placed next to one another.
- Rook – The rook piercing is placed through the upper inner cartilage fold of the ear.
- Flat – The flat piercing is placed through the flat cartilage area in the upper part of the ear and provides space for a variety of jewellery designs.
- Helix – The helix piercing is positioned along the outer cartilage edge of the ear. Depending on the placement, one or several piercings can be combined.
- Outer Conch or Contra Conch – This piercing is positioned in the outer area of the ear, above the central ear bowl.
- Conch or Inner Conch – The conch piercing is placed through the central bowl of the ear and can later be worn with different types of jewellery.
As every ear has a different anatomical structure, we assess which placement can be carried out safely and appropriately before piercing.

A facial piercing can be a subtle detail or a bold statement. What matters most is that the placement suits your facial features, individual anatomy and personal style.
Before piercing, we discuss which option can be appropriately placed for you.
- Labret and Snake Bites – The labret piercing is positioned below the lower lip. Two symmetrically placed piercings are known as snake bites.
- Septum – The septum piercing is positioned in the front area of the nasal septum. Before piercing, we carefully assess which placement is suitable for your anatomy.
- Medusa and Angel Bites – The Medusa piercing is positioned centrally above the upper lip in the philtrum. Two symmetrical piercings placed on either side above the upper lip are known as angel bites.
- Cheek Piercing – Cheek piercings are placed in the cheek area, often where natural dimples are located. This placement requires a particularly detailed personal consultation.
- Madonna and Monroe – These piercings are positioned to one side above the upper lip. A piercing on the right side is generally called a Madonna, while one on the left is known as a Monroe.
- Nostril – The nostril is the classic nose piercing and can be placed on either the left or right side.
- Dermal Anchor and Anti-Eyebrow – A dermal anchor consists of a single jewellery attachment secured with a small base beneath the skin. An anti-eyebrow piercing is positioned below the eye in the upper cheek area. The appropriate technique depends on the desired position and your anatomy.
- Bridge – The bridge piercing is placed horizontally through the skin at the upper bridge of the nose, between the eyebrows. We carefully assess whether this area is suitable beforehand.
- Eyebrow Piercing – The eyebrow piercing is usually positioned vertically through the outer area of the eyebrow. The exact placement is adapted to your facial features and anatomy.
Before piercing, we assess the desired position together and provide honest guidance regarding placement, suitable jewellery and aftercare. Not every option is suitable for every anatomy.

Body piercings also offer different ways to express your personal style.
As anatomy, movement and possible friction from clothing all play an important role, we carefully assess whether the desired placement can be carried out appropriately before every appointment.
- Navel Piercing – A navel piercing is placed through a suitable fold of skin around the navel. Whether the desired position is possible depends on your individual anatomy.
- Hip Piercing – Depending on the desired placement, a surface piercing or dermal anchor may be suitable for the hip area. We pay particular attention to movement, skin tension and possible friction from clothing.
- Nipple Piercing – Depending on your anatomy and preferred appearance, a nipple piercing can be positioned horizontally or vertically. We discuss the exact placement with you personally before piercing.
- Collarbone Piercing – Depending on the position, a surface piercing or dermal anchor may be placed above or below the collarbone. We carefully assess whether the desired area is suitable for this type of piercing beforehand.
We do not offer intimate piercings.
