It all started in 2014 when we opened our first studio for “Custom
Handmade Tattoos”. We then collected many new ideas and experiences all over Europe, including England, France, Ireland, Cyprus and Romania, and created many works of art there. But we were drawn back home and so we reopened a studio in Aachen – Sabotage Tattoo.
In the Pontstraße we have found the suitable premises, which give
our artists the perfect conditions to live out their passion and to realize their works. “Custom Handmade Tattoos” – that’s what our team still stands for. Each tattoo is unique.
The first consultation is thorough and comprehensive. Together with you, we create your dream design, which then gets under your skin.
Hygiene is our top priority. Sterile instruments, high-quality working materials and tested colors are a matter of course in our studio. All work surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each client. All materials that touch your skin are used exclusively for you.
So that the work of art still looks good on your skin and maintains its quality after your tattoo appointment, we will be happy to advise you on the healing process of your tattoo by phone or WhatsApp. We will also arrange a check-up appointment with you to make sure that your new body decoration has healed optimally.

Hi, I'm Raphael Studio Manager at Sabotage Tattoo. In 2014 I founded the tattoo studio Sabotage Tattoo with my partner Mihai, because the job and the art of tattooing have inspired me all my life. As a studio manager, I am your first point of contact. I am at your disposal for any questions, requests for advice and appointments. I have an open ear for every concern and always try to ensure that everyone feels comfortable with us.

Hey, I'm Mihai, tattoo artist and co-founder of Sabotage Tattoo. I was 16 years old when I discovered my passion for tattoos and tattooed someone for the first time. My career as a professional tattoo artist started in 2009 in my home country Romania. Since then I have been convincing with my exclusive handmade tattoos.
I have been tattooing as a guest tattoo artist in studios across Europe including Great Britain, France, Ireland, Cyprus, Germany and Romania. There I learned from many internationally recognized tattoo artists and thereby perfected my work. I would say there is no style that I do not know, but my greatest passion is black & gray and realism.

I am Elena Piercing Artist at Sabotage Tattoo and have been part of the team since 2020. As Mihai's wife, I got to know the tattoo and piercing scene at an early age, which I quickly enjoyed. So I started working as a piercer in London in 2015. I worked in different studios in Great Britain and as a result I continued to develop. Piercing is my passion and everyone who watches me notices how much I love my job.

Personal consultation takes place in a cozy vintage atmosphere, for which an appointment is made each time. You just want to see more of us? Thus, we have enough time to clarify all questions, to discuss the details and to consider your wishes. You just want to see more of us?
You get to know us and the studio, so you are already a little more relaxed at your tattoo appointment. Since we take enough time for everyone and take every concern seriously, a friendly relationship develops.
We give equal attention to every tattoo and piercing. Since we don’t want to keep you waiting forever, we try to give you a prompt appointment and keep the waiting time for your tattoo to a minimum. You just want to see more of us? We accompany you not only before and during your tattoo appointment, but also ensure through a subsequent control appointment that your tattoo gives you the highest pleasure and satisfaction through proper care and the resulting quality.
Whether with deep personal meaning or out of love for tattoos, tattoos are inextricably linked with the wearer and the wearer. We believe that tattoos should be as unique as whoever wears them.
For this reason, it is our passion to design for each customer an exclusive handmade work of art tailored to his wishes. Our tattoo artist Mihai and our piercer Elena attach great importance to proper hygiene at work. The quality of the tattoos and piercings are very important to the Sabotage tattoo studio.
